Happy Retirement, Daddy!
"Retirement is not the end of the world! In fact, it's a head start for a whole new life!" - So & So.This post is specially dedicated to my dearest dad, who opted early retirement on 10th of June, 2008! (FYI, which is 1 day before my 21st birthday)
Retirement is a BIG thing for my dad, who works for the past 25 years!
So, no one ever guaranteed that retirement will be happy, but it all depends on how you work it out! For me, i truly believe that my ever strong n tough father, will have his own planning ahead!
The next question would come will definately be, "What are you going to do?"
Retirement need not be a boring one, where you stay at home most of the time!
Who knows he might turn into a famous blogger like Kenny Sia, or a travel log blogger like NicoleKiss, or a blogger-turn-politician like Jeff Ooi (Less likely)
But as far as i know, my father might follow my uncle's footstep. He is very much interested in exploring into Buddhism teaching, which might form a whole new mental strength for him!
Errrr, but i hope that my dad won't turn into a monk in the future. Lol
Okay, on the other hand, retirement will inevitably have some impact on us, the family members. Obviously, all of us will be worry and concern about him! There are various aspect, such as financially as my father is the sole breadwinner, his biological clock as he had been working for the past 25 years, his personal habit, his mental strength and also adaptation to his new life!
Alright, I agree, i am contradicting with my words earlier! Yes, as the eldest son of my dad, I am worry, undoubtedly! But deep inside, I believe in him! =)
Last but not least, I just wanna tell my dad that,
The three of us will always be supporting behind you!
And also not forgetting your life partner, our mum!
Happy Retirement, Daddy!
Your beloved son,
~FuYew~

Ok, this may be abit late, cuz i was having Block 4 exams for the past week. Anyway, we celebrated our 1 month anniversary last saturday, which was 12/1/2008. Time flies, one month may not be long, but i really feel the love n happiness with u every moment! May tis be the head start of many many more months n years to come! *Cross fingers*
It was a suppose to be a suprise dinner for me, cuz i din know wat she was preparing. It all started when we went hunting for ingredients in Manipal Bakery, Manipal Store and also Century Chicken Farm! Seriously, i have no idea of wat she was preparing, n i was so impressed n happy when i saw the chicken chop appear in front of me! With all the hard work, effort n the main purpose, to celebrate our 1 month anniversary! MUCK!
It was a tough job, battling in the kitchen for almost 4 hours! Sweat was dribbling, flour was all over, plates n pots are thrown around, and wat most important is that i really appreciate wat you have done for me! You are the best! I agree, I have found the best girl in UNIVERSE, huh? Do i consider myself as lucky? Of course, I would say!
The Chicken Chop meal comes with:
1. Starter - Slurp-ish Mushroom soup
2. Main Course - A slice of Super Duper Yummilious chicken chop with brown sause
3. Side Dish - Lovely Mashed potato cooked to perfection with sause
4. Side Dish - Colourful Vegetables along the side
5. Side Dish - Sweetish Bun with butter
~Chicken chop meal~
~Full course for both of us~
Seriously, it was the best ever chicken chop i ever tried. (P/s: Sorry mummy, but it really tasted better than urs. =P Maybe we should ask her to cook for all of us nxt time, haha) No joke! I am not trying to please her nor lying, it seriously tasted superbly yummilious! Too bad, it's only for me, dun jealous dun jealous!
Time may flies really fast, but with you by my side ev moment, i fear nothing! There's only you n me on the way, all the way towards our destination! I know we will, will be celebrating ev single month n year which is coming! Muck! Lastly, tenkiuuuuuuuuuuuuuu so much my darling! Huggies! Mucks!

Cheer for 80-s baby!
I saw this the other day in one of the groups in Facebook!
I thought it was abit interesting!
Signs to show that you are an 80-s
baby:
we grew up watching Transformers,
Thundercats, Woody Woodpecker,
Chipmunks, Mickey Mouse, Jem, Mask,
Ninja Turtles, Voltron, Baja Hitam,
Ultraman n not forgettin POWER RANGERS
n BUGS BUNNY!!!
had to brush our teeths during recess
at primary school? had to hold plastic
cups, line up with your classmates side
by side and start brushing our teeths
at some open area... or maybe near some
drain??
do you still remember that we had
'dentist' rooms where we had to have
our
teeths check?
not to forget our 'program minum susu'
in primary school.. everybody is
suppose
to buy like cartons of milk that
costed 30 cents each.. and you would
see
everyone drinking it everyday...its d
UHT milk...
the teachers who would want to punish
us must use yellow rulers to hit us on
our palms?? 1 metre length..
that a bowl of mihun soup or some soup
only costed 50 cents at the school
canteen...
went to some sundry shop near the
school or to the 'roti' man waiting
outside our schools so that we can buy
junk food like chickedees, mamee, ding
dang with some toys in it, 'Ti Kam',
ice-cream and we would play games like
monopoly, uno, old maid, and all other
card games like that...
another fun time would be during
Pendidikan Jasmani. the boys would
play football while the girls would
play netball... and it would be like we
were playing in the world cup...
but of course. the best would be main
guli, batu seremban, bottlecaps, ice-
cream sticks, 'Pepsi Cola one-two-
three', Cops and Robbers, main aci
duduk,getah... and for the not so
active, those kind of 'book games'
where
we would use buku latihan to draw and
ask our friends to play... and also dot
(titik) where its like conquering the
other party's dots? we use brains too
rite :D
do you remember the popsicles (ice-
cream tubes) which are actually ice and
colouring that are sold for 10 to 20
cents.. the colourful ones.. where you
usually bite off the top to glup it
down.orange tastes b best..
what about days when we felt like doing
naughty things such as folding papers
so small to make 'lastik' amd shoot
each other... how about throwing
chalks??
back then, micheal jackson was just
turning white.. and still had albums
coming out.. compared to CD's, we were
listening to casette tapes that sold
for RM9.90...
in computer class, we were still using
black and white computer moniters..
played 'Atari'... maybe SEGA or
NINTENDO...
well, are we all getting older or what?
1) if you understand what you have read
and you are smiling...
2) we have friends from school that are
already married...
3) we shake our heads everytime we
see high school students fussing about
their handphones in school..
4) we don't hang on phone with our
friends for hours a day talking about
nothing...
5) when we meet back with our friends
from time to time, we feel excited and
happy talking about old times, the
funny 'adventures' or stories that we
experienced as a kid..
6) last but not least, that when you
read this, you would think of all the
happy & sad memories that you have
experienced when you were still a kid
and would think of forwarding this to
your old friends that you have known
since forever... i'm sure they would
have a huge smile on their face after
reading this.....
we're all getting old ;P

Love travelling <3
能够和你心爱的人一起旅行,是一件很幸福的事! - FuYewI love travelling since I'm young. Perhaps due the influence of my parents, or the traveller's blood of my parents flowing in my body. I enjoy travelling, i love walking into a new place n experience new events! I could still remember all those Sourthern Thailand trip, where my father n uncles will drive all the way up till Phuket or Koh samui, and stopped by ev small town along the way! Although the car journey would take up to dayz, but i very much enjoy the scenary along! Seeing places of diff sosial culture, seeing people with diff skin colour, and listen to diff languages they speak!
For another 8-9 dayz will be 2008! This year, one of my main resolution is to travel together with my lil princess for at least once, or many many many to come! Heeeeeee. I always feel that, travelling around with your loved once is one of the happiest thing ever! Hands in hands, we could explore every nook n corner of the world without any fear! Hand in hand, we could enjoy the greatest moment of life! To see and experiencing new things together is just so lovely!
Ev relationship will start with sweetness n happiness, n to make tis last is totally another challenge. And i believe that things will different for both of us, cuz I BELIEVE!!!
Near from Bangkok
Or one of island in Thailand
Further east to Tokyo
Or far west to Venice
Romantic Paris
As long as we are together!

Specially prepared dinner including porridge, fried egg n ikan bilis! What more can i ask for, when i have such a caring n lovely gf? Yes yes yes, I'm boosting! Haha, cuz i have the best gf on earth. Merry Christmas
"Through the years we all will be together
If the Fates allow
Hang a shining star upon the highest bough
And have yourself a merry little Christmas now"
If the Fates allow
Hang a shining star upon the highest bough
And have yourself a merry little Christmas now"
I just wish this would come true, and i really do!

p/s: It will be very soon! =)
